I am a very active individual. I participate in all sorts of activities from snowboarding to swimming. Dancing has always been a part of my life as well as teaching. I am the eldest of 5 girls, i began developing leadership and teaching skills at a young age. I was a sideline cheerleader in high school and in college i was on the sorority cheerleading team. I have a degree in Nursing from Florida State University and I work as an RN on a neuro endovascular progressive care unit. I am very fascinated with the body and i believe it is up to us to prevent any harm we can. Proper nutrition and low impact activities can help us maintain our beautiful bodies. My energy level and passion have taken me far and I am ready to share my knowledge and help others fall in love with who they are in their bodies.
