I am from a small town in New Jersey. I realized I loved dancing sometime in middle school and I began training competitively with a team at a studio. I made it my goal to be the best dancer I could possibly be, even if that meant sneaking into New York to take classes at a very young age and putting up with dreadful ballet intensives (I was always more of a Jazz dancer.) My hard work paid off as I was accepted into the University of the Arts, where I received my BFA in Dance Performance (with honors). I was also awarded \"Most Dramatically Improved Since Freshman Year\" proving once again that my efforts had not gone unnoticed. I moved to Los Angeles upon graduating and eventually segued into fitness. I found that since I had spent the last 10 years of my own life correcting form in a mirror that training came quite naturally. I love helping people improve themselves and feel good about their bodies. In the past six months I became the highest earning trainer in my department and I am ready for a new challenge. I suggested that we bring Barre to the gym since it is such a fantastic workout and low impact, making it versatile for people with a wide range of injuries. My boss concurred and so here I am! When I am not sweating at the gym, or kicking somebody\'s butt, I enjoy spending time with my family, socializing with friends, painting or doing projects, and cooking.
