I've been a Navy spouse for about 25 years and have lived and traveled to many places around the world. I have a Bachelor's in Chemistry, but turned to group fitness and personal training because I could take it with me in our moves and travels. I love teaching and motivating others in the fitness and personal development arena. I know how hard and intimidating it is for people to walk into a studio or group fitness class. If I can help them to be healthier, feel better about themselves and ease their fears then I'm happy. I encourage members to start where they're at and modify if they need to, it's not a race, competition or destination but a journey. I have made nutrition and fitness a lifestyle for me and my family and encourage them to do the same. В
