I'm 52 years old. My husband and I renovate houses or "flip" them as a business. I'm very passionate about physical fitness and really wanted to pursue a career that I was excited to be a part of. I love working with individuals and groups, inspiring them to reach goals that are not just about their weight, but helping to change their mental attitude towards their bodies, while having fun at the same time. We have 2 beautiful golden retrievers - Tucker, age 14 and Wagner, age 9-12(rescue..no idea really!) and two cats - Smokie and Snuggles. I'm blessed by the amazing friends and family that are in my life! В
