<p>I have pretty much taught it all over the years. I did Ballet when I was young and I love the posture and long elegant look of Ballerinas. I have four children (ages 22-10) and it has taken me through ups and downs with my body and posture. I have taught Pilates for years but the movement of Barre is an added plus. And... I am addicted to the shake/quiver, it makes me laugh and it lightens up a tough workout!<br />

CBI candidates must pass a 60-question written examination drawn from a 300-question bank and complete a live practical evaluation with an IBBFA Master Instructor proctor. The CBI curriculum covers anatomy and physiology, barre technique fundamentals, class design and sequencing, cueing and communication, safety protocols, and scope-of-practice guidelines.
