Chynna is a Certified Barre Instructor whose passion for movement began during her postpartum journey. After becoming a mom, she rediscovered the importance of caring for her body, rebuilding strength, and finding fun in movement again.
Through barre, Chynna found a form of movement that challenged her physically while also providing a fun experience that kept her wanting to come back for more. Her classes focus on strength, endurance, and mindful movement, all backed by a fire playlist (obviously!) She loves creating an encouraging environment where clients of all fitness levels can feel empowered and motivated to do just a feeeeewwww more pulses.
As a mom to a 5-year-old, she understands firsthand the demands of balancing family, work, and self-care. When she's not teaching barre at Routine, she's either running her own business, The Village, where she enjoys creating a fun and welcoming community for local families, or she’s home spending time with her family and their cat, two dogs, and 9 chickens!
Chynna believes that movement and fitness should be about feeling good in your body and celebrating all of the cool things it can do. Her classes will challenge you in the best way and leave you feeling energized, accomplished, and inspired to keep coming back for more.

The CBI curriculum covers anatomy and physiology, barre technique fundamentals, class design and sequencing, cueing and communication, safety protocols, and scope-of-practice guidelines. Credentials are publicly listed in the IBBFA registry and can be verified independently at ibbfa.org/verify/.
