I love fitness and the way it makes me feel. I feel like it enhances my quality of life and those I am around because I am healthier and happier and I strive to show others the benefits so they can feel better too. I love to run and do yoga as well as strength train, and I feel that exercise should be about what you love. I think that learning more about Barre will not only give me more knowledge about the body, but will also help balance out the other activities I do. I run around chasing my two sons all day and need to have the strength, balance, and endurance to have energy to be there for them too. Lastly, I believe that the body and mind are interconnected, and having a healthy mind starts with having a healthy body and healthy habits. Mindfulness is an important aspect of my own health journey as well as those I instruct.
